The Death Hex reduces the amount of health that each enemy starts with. By default enemies start with 100% of their original health. The Death Hex reduces this by 1% per level, up to a maximum of 75% of their original health at its maximum level of 25.

Strategy[]
This is a decent Artefact to reduce the amount of time it takes to kill each enemy. However, it is fairly expensive for it to be effective, so don't look into getting this until mid to late game.
